Beverly and Mark. Kent, Ohio.

Beverly reached out to me over social media with a generous amount of concern for her neighbors on the south side of Kent. Right now Beverly doesn't have work but she was more interested in sharing stories about her neighbors: a wedding anniversary, how she is concered about one neighbor who's family member had to go to the hospital unexpectedly (non-coronavirus related), and how another faced eviction.

Her husband, Mark, works in manufacturing in Akron, Ohio, near the Goodyear Blimp hangar. He was supposed to switch to second shift before the pandemic. He's now working third shift on 10 hour shifts every four days. Fortunately, Mark doesn't come in close contact with anybody. Still, the late hours and shifts surely take their toll. 

Beverly and Mark are another example of how our neighbors are caring for each other and their loved ones. They know well that we're all in this together, and sending love to everybody in town and beyond.
