Lisa for the Porch Project: A Porch Portrait Series

Lisa is a photojournalist at Record-Courier. She met up with me yesterday to cover this morning's article on the project. We walked a few blocks together and talked about how strange things are lately, the challenges and risks with her job, the beauty and stillness of the neighborhood we were walking. If you've read an article in the Courier (as we call it) there's a good chance you've seen one of Lisa's photos. Photographers typically get together and talk craft. There was none of that on our walk. We focused on laughter, kindness, and the wonder that can be discovered in the little things.
